AC DUCT CLEANING

The Argen Process:
1.We remove all vents, Using a truck mount system, we agitate the dust inside the home’s duct system, and remove it through a powerful vacuum system.

2. A Phoenix Guardian scrubber is placed in home, which rotates the air through the home at 1400 cubic feet every five minutes. The air goes through three stages of air filtration.

3. We then fog the home’s ventilation system with an anti-mildew agent sanitizes the air system and helps to inhibit the growth of mold.

DRYER VENT CLEANING
Clogged dryer vents cause your dryer to work harder and can greatly increase the time and energy it takes to dry your clothes. More importantly, over time your dryer vent fills with lint that slips by your dryer’s filter. The danger of fire increases as lint builds up in the dryer or in the exhaust duct. How? Lint can block the flow of air, cause excessive heat build-up, and result in a fire. The Consumer Product Safety Commission estimates that over 15,000 dryer-related fires occur each year causing an estimated 97 million dollars in property losses.

The Argen Process:
We clean vents from the beginning of the exhaust behind the dryer to the rooftop, where the vapor is released. Using snakes to rotate and push the debris out the pipe, it is removed through a large vacuum that is connected to the bottom of the dryer vent.
